Have had visitor every year 2014-24.

2025- 1 SY pair. Fledged 2.
2026- no pairs. One daily SYM here daily. Named him Riggs!
Good luck. It’s like the big lottery jackpots. We can’t win if we don’t play. Haha

Bumbee,
That is a beautiful set up and well thought out. I was happy to see you included owl guards/ cage on the porch sections. Well done my friend.

Thanks, The one on the left was built back in 2000, the one on the right is newer.
At one time I had 18 pairs, because of the hawks in my neighborhood, It's
been down to zero occupancy. Amazingly I don't see the starlings nor the
sparrows. It's a little boring sitting behind my blind waiting for something to
shoot at.
Still hoping for them to come back.

Bumbee,
I was happy to see you took up the hobby of target practice on sparrow and starlings. I'm much like you in seeing very few sparrows and starlings in my area since I have rid them of the area.

Just curious..........why would you want them to come back if they eventually end up as hawk food? Unless the hawks have disappeared, the repeat of your earlier problem seems sadly inevitable.
