Martin Colony History: Started in 1992 From neighbors old 1950-60's colonies. Have 8 Trio 6 Room Houses, 4 MPP Poles, 1 Heath Deluxe Gourd with Troyer Porch, 8 NatureLine Gourds with Troyer Porches, 5 Troyer Horizontals ,& 2 S&K 11" WITH Troyer Porches ready for 2019 Season !

Yes, I Have 4, yes, 4 ! Free P.M aluminum Project houses for pick up only ! There are (still) 2 MSS-12s, one MSS-8 ( grand Ma ?) & 1, Dr-12H ( Mini Castle). They ALL need to be restored, & I Sugest to have the rooms enlarged, All need some nuts & bolts ( stainless is best ) & Doors, the MSS-12s are in good shape, the other two REALLY need to be straighten esp. the Dr-12H! poor thing, it looks like it fell off a truck, & then got Kicked down the Road !
