2015 69 pairs 418 eggs 396 fledged
2019 I have 148 openings now
2016 100 pairs 600 babies fledged added another t-14 and have 126 openings now
2015 Jun 24 360 babies and 58 eggs also found one that had died
2017 632 babies 11died and 20 were killed by hawks
2015 74 pairs and 9 eggs 5/14
2010 3pairss

2018 651 babies 5 hawk kills 11 floater kills 25 died in houses and 610 fledged

2014 80 pairs 283 babies 282 fledged one died

Martin Colony History: My First year 2018

Congrats!!! I`m still waiting here in Eastern NC Tho down the road a Few miles at some older established gourds there are dozens of Martins .

Martin Colony History: 2011: Set up 16 room S&K house.
2012: nothing.
2013: lookers but no takers.
2014: lookers but no takers.
2015: 3 pair nested, 7 fledged.
2016: second year: S&K house is now an 8 room house and added a separate pole with eight Troyer Vertical Gourds. 13 pair nested, 50 fledged.
2017: third year: S&K house is now a 6 room house (blocked attic access). Same Troyer gourds.

I was happy to see this because I'm a couple counties southeast of you and that meant ours wouldn't be far behind. Sure enough, two of ours showed up today. Woot! Woot!

.....Mudflap...Hang on they are coming... A friend from Athens called yesterday, and said his Martins are back home now.. Just a matter of time for ya...
