What is a cheap easy DIY way to vent Bo9 and Troyer gourds. It doesn’t get terribly hot in East Tennessee but I thought about doing a few to see if the martins preferred one over the other. JHCox

I have troyer verticals, drill a half or 1inch hole just above where the neck narrows. Install a the half inch or 1 inch pvc elbow vent, face it downward, seal it off with lexel. Drill the dimples in the top out and then vent the cap if you feel its necessary. Very easy to do. Highly recomended.

Dont have experience with BO9s.

Just get vent caps from s&k for the Bo 9.
