Each of the 14 compartments is fitted with a slide out 2 section tray for easy cleaning .
Owl guards on all 4 fronts. Plastic overlays on the openings to keep out bad guys.
A winch/brake with top pulley included.
Each of the 4 houses bolt to a carriage that is sized to 4 inches ID . Perfect for a square 3 1/2" post of smaller round stock.
