On my last nest check I now have 100 % occupancy in my purple martin house which houses 20 couples and egg ct of 68 and counting~~~ LOVE WATCHING THEM BUILD! CAN SPEND HRS ON BACK PATIO. Husband put out some sevin dust the other day in each nesting box because last yr had a problem with mites but after applying one application of sevin dust it took care of the problem~~~~
