I am glad to hear of your activity. I am still waiting on my first arrivals in Plano. Since I am trying to establish a new colony I am probably waiting for SY birds to come in. The ASY pairs have not yet returned to the house across the alley but I am expecting them any day now with the hopes of them moving into mine..
