Well Matt, the Neighbor to the west of me had an old Heath house, until he died & one of his Daughters took it with her to N.Texas ( Just as a memory of "Dad", Maybe back up some where (?
), The other neighbor to the East of me had a couple of Rotted out M-12ks, one on TOP of an old Telephone pole ! (
) & the other LEANING on an old 3 section pole with 2 Sparrow Traps, one with the skeleton of a Cardinal (
) & the other with a Skeleton of a Mocking Bird ! (
), then, the current home owner bought 3 New PM houses about 8+ years ago, one DR-12H, one S&K John Deer Barn House & another S&K 12 Room House, None were ever converted, even thou I ask to do it for him !
& soon after that, he found 2 M-12ks at a market, one was NAILED to the top of a tall Tree's Branch !(
), and the other went back up to the now, shorter, leaning Tele. Pole ! 2 years ago he got a BAD case of " Middle Age Crises ", which included a Divorce, new P.U Truck, AND a MOHAWK !

So now, all the houses are all over grown with S & S Nest, and his PMs STILL check it out, but gravitate to mine !
