Nest Check?
My birds are due to start fledging around 06/28-06/30. They're app birthdate is 05/14. I would like to do a nest check to see if I have more eggs but I'm nervous about premature jumpers. I've got a total of ten birds coming and going and don't know if they're just visitors. With the trouble I've had I don't want to take any chances. Thanks

If you haven't been doing regular nest checks it might be more of a problem, I check mine about every 5 days and right up to fledge time, usually they're fine if you work slowly and don't make too much noise or sudden moves, try to cover the exit if you can and give them time to calm.
