Martin Colony History: 2016 Informed landlord now Have 2 pair returning from 2015 That is a miracle. Hoping for a very successful year, sparrow population on decline.
First house was plastic with crescent holes Had martins within a few days. Ignorant landlord gradually lost them
Then got Trio House and still lost most of them. Lots of sparrows

Congratulations
On my last nest ck I could not feel any eggs. She has the nest built up 4 inches in front so I cannot see the bowl.
Yesterday I felt one egg & kept checking & found 3 more under the nesting material on the floor. At least one of them had to have been there on the last ck but I did not feel UNDER the nest  I feel like a grandparent, so excited. Don't know how I would feel 39 babies & 57 eggs. But I bet you are thrilled. Good luck with your colony this year.
