We have 8 hatchlings and at least a dozen more ready to hatch.

I wish you all success.

Since you already have babies, do you usually have more than one brood from same pair each year? I was blessed with 2 broods from my oldest/earliest arrivals last year.

Thanks Suem (are you a lawyer?),

No I haven't been blessed with 2 broods yet. I sure hope to some day.

We've had heavy rains lately and I lost an inspection cap to one of the gourds with three hatchlings inside and all I could come up with quickly was to cover it up with thick tin foil.

I can't find the cap anywhere.

NO I'm not a lawyer! LOL It's my name and last initial... I figured since you had longer season, you all would have more than one brood. Thanks

I forgot- I saw a man use the smaller Folger coffee cans as access ports. Do you have something like that you can use as a cap??

Suem,

Thanks for the idea.

I drink espresso -__- I don't have a lid that size.

My first initial and the last three letters of my surname spell ACIA.
