I have one Pair that I see in the same house everyday but a male and two females flying around but I have never seen them roost in my houses. The one house in question I did a nest check and 4 rooms out of 6 were nest being built by PM?

It's rare, but possible the male has two females. It's far more likely the female is building in several adjacent rooms, as she has the whole house to herself. She'll eventually focus on one. John M

2015 - 1 pair
2016 - 1 pair + 1 sub male (until my female died)
2017 - 6 pair

Last year I had one pair build a nest in two compartments. This went on for a while until they settled on one and abandoned the other. I think it was like what John said, the whole house was empty but them so they had the chance to pick their favorite.
