Had my first pair in 2013 after trying for 15 years. The ASY male returned April 19th and stayed in same compartment that fledged 4 last year. He left after a week as not able to attract a mate. On May 30th a lone Sy male arrived and made frequent visits. Had been thru this over the years where they would stay thru June unable to attract a mate. Then surprise on June 11th 2 Sy females arrived. Nest building began this morning! So looking good for at least one pair.
