Landlords Know !
Thanks to many on the Forum, I now have two pair that might just stay. I have 6 S & K 9 inch gourds with SREH and originally fit with porches and rain covers. The starlings and sparrows were trying to make a go of the apartment in the sky. Sparrows getting the best of the set up. I havent had any martins, and i knew they were here. So thanks to experienced landlords on the forum I converted my porches to cling plates, bought the dawn song, and wham first day 2 pair checking the place out and appeared to have overnighted. They are back this morning and JAck Sparrow nest has been pulled in the mean time. Gotta say you guys and gals know what you are doing. PS the Starlings didnt even return today, they got really frustrated with the cling plate set up and guess they moved on.

That's wonderful! Aren't you giddy with excitement?
Keep after those S&S; it's a full time battle... Loosely the "Yin and Yang" of Martineering. May many more Martins find their way to your well managed site! Keep us posted!
