The external camera is up and running, at the college campus housing I manage.
I'm hoping to switch over to the internal, nest camera, within the next couple of weeks.

Nice smooth video Matt. What's your uplink bandwidth limitation from your I.S.P.?

Thanks Fred.
That's a really good question.
Our internet connection comes from the University of Houston's main campus, and is a dual, 100Mb connection.
The camera is hooked up directly to a small video server, which is plugged into our network backbone (which consists of 100Mb switches).
There is a lot of aspects of our networking, that I'm not too sure about.
I do know at any given time, we can have hundreds of devices connected to the internet, and each one averages anywhere from 50Mb to 90Mb download/upload speeds.
Even having numerous, streaming video feeds at once, would most likely not have any noticeable impact on our overall, campus network/internet performance.

Dorn County and Mike, at the top in your browser there might be a Compatibility icon. Try and see if that works.

Matt, very nice to see and will be watching for more.

Thanks David!

Dorn and Mike,
Sorry you're having difficulties.
That video server (aside from being almost old enough to vote), is snarky about Internet Explorer (IE).
It wants to force IE users to install an ActiveX plugin, just to view the feed.
All other, non-IE browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) work fine without any plugins having to be installed.
If you guys are both using IE, it maybe needing the plugin installed.
IE should prompt you automatically to load it.
The plugin is called "Axis Cam Control" from Axis Communcations AB.

Martin Colony History: Well established 90 cavity colony. Mostly plastic gourds with some custom cedar houses atop pilings out over the river. We live stream the activity on our website https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXKqSW ... Ph2tywu4eg

We are on the Maurice River. The Maurice is brackish and tidal. It meets the Delaware bay about three miles down at East Point, NJ. The area is remote and consists of dense marshland and swamp. Dragonflies abound.

Swallows arrive in mid August and finish nesting mid July. There is a large annual roost in mid August upriver a few miles at Mauricetown.

Nice cam
Good luck Purple Martin Landlords.

Thanks for the Cam videos on each site , I enjoy watching them, I also had cams in the past and people also had trouble seeing them after much work in trying to help people view my cams ,(I had 6) I finally gave up, my setups were Lorex which I could view from anywhere in the world, later I found out that the newer Internet Explorer's were not compatible, the reason I was able to view is I had IE 8 , Now I was forced to IE 10, I plan to buy a new setup compatible w/ IE 10 & IE 11, I was able to view Your cam Matt but I had to download the utility offered before I was able to.

I copied: http://www.uhcl.edu/portal/page/portal/EIH/video and then opened my Chrome browser and pasted, video came up fine. Guess EI browser is getting too old! Lens seemed a little foggy or dirty, but still a fairly good live fed!

Thanks for looking!
That camera is pointing in a westerly direction.
In the mid to late afternoon hours, the sun creates a harsh glare, that makes it look foggy, and greatly reduces the image quality during that brief period.
