Today was nice an warm here in North Alabama. I counted at least 12 new martins this evening. Get ready people up north, they are coming!!

Martin Colony History: Started trying to attract purple martins in 2012! It's finally happened in 2017! 5 years!!! ASY male and SY female came May 1st, fledged 5 babies!

They were definantly on the move here in Alabama today. We had three since mid February. This evening we added 9! Spring is springing!
