Do male fledglings have that male gurgle so early in their life?

I was wondering if there was a way to tell the difference between the boy and girl fledglings too... but I guess they will have to go thru puberty in Brazil. Then the boy's voices will change and they will get some sparse purple chest feathers...

They cannot be ID'd as to sex by plumage until they undergo molt in Brazil, and get their subadult plumage. Song - I have never heard/seen a fledge giving male song, but that would be interesting to listen & watch for.
