My brother has 10-12 babies for the first time. We lowered the T14 to check on them. All seemed lifeless but all were alive. Is this normal ? The are at least two weeks old. Temperature in the low 80's.

2014 - No luck yet... Not seeing many martins in the area.
2013 - First year trying. I've done everything to attract PM's except giving them free airfare to get here. Maybe I'll do that too !!!

I'm newbie too... but whenever I look into the nestbox, the babies usually appear asleep, but will fidget around when I move the nestbox for a closer look.

Once they reach about 15 days old, they are frightened of us - not so when they are younger. It's normal for them to hunker down and stay very quiet from 15 days on, we might be predators.
