Thanks for Your Encouragement , I am Canadian, I Live in Lakeshore,Ontario Canada.
Across the Border From Detroit.....
I,am a 74 Year Old Martin Lover ,My Houses ,2 T14 ,On a Outrigger Which is ,
Mounted on a 4" steel tube pole that is cemented in the ground, I moved to the back of ,
my lot which is facing farmers field , My other location was being encrotched by trees
Hopefully this will do the the trick,

Moving your setup to the back with open field will be a big plus for you. Where you had it in the front could have vary well kept you from getting a colony started in the past.
Did you ever see visiting martins when it was in the front?

Welcome to the forum, I hope your martins come in for you this year. I know it's hard to wait so long but don't give up. I had to wait 22 years before my first ever pair in large natural gourd hanging below my T-14. Unfortunately only the male returned the following year so I had to wait another 9 years before getting my colony firmly established.
Do you have gourds below your T-14, if not that may help you out.
