Found 9 Eggs Today

I was surprised to find this today... I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that they all hatch and make it!! How common is this? I have never had this many in the 7 years that I have had Martins.

I had a nine nester this year but I didn't want to lower the housing and check it again because I had several nests ready to fledge in that house. It is probably a re-lay. I don't think there are too many that succesfully raise 9 in a nest. It would be hard on the parents to tend to nine.
