I care for a 6 condo Sunset House as well as two Deluxe Gourd Racks, with 24 Chirpynest/Excluder gourds, along a canal in Pompano Beach, Florida.
At Quiet Waters Park, nearby in Deerfield Beach, I care for a Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 TVG's. I also care for a Deluxe Gourd rack with 12 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder entrances. I am substituting 6 Chirpynest boxes for 6 of the Conley II entranced gourds in 2026.
At another local park, Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, I care for a Trendsetter 12, 5 gourds rack with 60 Excluder gourds with Modified Excluder Entrances and 1 Deluxe Gourd Rack with 12 Troyer Vertical Gourds with Starling Stoppers over the Conley II's to keep out smaller starlings.
You KNOW I am pleased to hear that Julio!
Hope you have full up housing soon.

I've seen an earlier arrival date trend the last 2 years of my 5 year old colony. My martins seem to arrive in large quantities on January, 27 with 2 or 4 birds active by January 15. They seem to come earlier now, unlike my 2nd year and 3rd February 9-15 arrival.

Hi James,
Hopefully you're correct!
Typically, mine have been arriving in early February.
Good luck to you James.

Hi Julio
Thats awesome ! The house you gave us was completely full last year . Our Martins started showing up in the beginning of February in Coral Springs. Hopefully they arrive early this year !

Great to hear my housing is bringing you joy and helping the martins Rick. Can you take some photos this year and post them ? If only James can get his birds now.

No sign of my martins YET here in Pompano Beach, FL guys. I am hoping that some of the offspring from my two MSS-8's will find your beautiful setup there along the canal Jim.
I do have a coopers hawk around this neighborhood
but I have not seen him in a few days now. HOPE he migrates north to Nome. he he he
