With no birds nesting here,(yet) would I be ok to turn the aluminum house 90 degrees? One female shows quite an interest in this house, but I don't want to mess her up. Turning it IMO might give a better flyway to the house and would point the available cavities toward the gourd rack.
The last thing I want is to discourage any one of them! But then again this could be the deciding factor. What to do, what to do?

Does she show interest in a specific area of your house? If yes I would leave things alone for this year. If she checks out different cavities you can give it a try in my opinion

I think if i had a female checking it out i would not move the house
because she must see something she likes about the setup the females
seem to be the hardest to get started at a place, I sure wish you the best of luck...keep looking up
