Has anyone ever tried to use electric rabbit. Wire as a snake detterent

I don't know for sure what an electric rabbit is, but many people use an electric fence charger. They are the best for keeping away snakes, racoons, squirrels, etc. The electric wire can be used on all of your poles. I have an underground wire that goes to all 5 of my poles. At the poles, its hooked up to a wire. If a snake or racoon touches the metal poles and the wire at the same time, it will get shocked.
