Went out this AM to lots of chirping and clucking and lots of activity. To my surpise there are now 8 martins...wow oh wow...have had 5 or 6 for a while. Saw some males getting green leaves and lots of fluttering so hope in the next few days some eggs. Will keep you all posted. We can get martins till the end of June here...keep them comin!!!!

2010 - 1ASY pair and 4SY pair total 10 bird
2011 first ASY pair May 06
2012 first pair arrived May 01, May 21 total 10 pairs 49 babies

2014 May 08 2 pair May 12 almost full 10 pair

2 eggs today, lot's of leaves and lot's of Martin's!!!! April you will fill up, about the gourds?

They have never used the gourds but if full maybe they will??

where did you get your Gourds from?

I got them shipped from the USA but will have to ask the conservancy because I forgot...lolol. Larger gourds. If you want to know I can find out
They shipped them in a big box cleaned out and nothing broken.

wild bird store in Edmonton had S&K gourds....just insulate them and they work ok.
