I've never really notice aggressive behavior from my martins in the past, but this is hysterical! A sparrow (argh!) keeps trying to check out the house and an ASY female martin is running circles around the "porch" and dive bombing it to chase it off! She'll definitely make it easier to keep those buggers out of there...
We moved to a new house 2 years ago and this is the first pair I have in this new Trio house- I'll be pulling the house down this afternoon to do a nest check, and praying that she's protecting eggs!
Attack martin!

I agree with Ron - The sparrow must die. It will persist & any eggs or babies are done for!
