We don't see many around here but we do have some around,I only saw one pair last year and just saw a single, the first sighting of this year.

This bird was only about 25 to 30 feet in the air and came towards my colony from between the two houses behind me.The PM's did not flush as he/she flew right above a gourd rack so I guess they don't feed on PM's.I have know idea what he/she may have been looking for.

A very large beautiful bird, has anyone had any predation from them?

I saw my 2nd ever Bald Eagle yesterday also. Gigantic big pretty birds. Then I wrecked my bicycle and broke my collar bone. We have these eagles mainly in winter time but a few nest here. They are so cool

I took a picture of one that stopped by our neighborhood (Tomball) He was a block from my house and just sat in a tree across the street.

There is a breading pair also in Bay town.
