Blue Band Id Help

Hi everyone , I was helping a friend do a nest check today and a female stayed in her bungalow .We read the numbers off ,they are N 387 blue band , any help would be appericated?

You may have already gone there, but here's the website where you can report the band number, and receive some info about the where the Martin was banded:

**The USGS has another site, for reporting birds banded with a colored band, that also do not have the additional metal federal band:
