Martins in Keller, TX

I had scouts about 4 weeks ago and now nothing. My neighbors across the creek has their martins but nothing for me. I have had them for 6 years and really worried. Has anyone in Keller experienced a late arrival. They are REALLY late.

I only have 3 pr back so far...I think I had 10? 9? last yearg???? Colonies in Decatur just got some back last week and those were the first I saw there.
They will come.... probably all at once!
I had one pair for like a month and then two more pair in one day last week just before the rain.
They probably holed over on a Caribbean island or something!
