How do you keep those guy's in there when you raise the gourds up. Seems like a great idea. I've got jumpers all over the place! I've got one that I think missed the flight out and have put him back in a gourd twice. Once last night and again this morning.
I'm a "nestcamaholic" Is 18 hours a day a bad thing? (I have 2 this year, luckily I have 2 eyes!)

Sparky, they don't jump when I put the rack back up. They stay to the back until I'm through. Then they come forward, learn to perch on the lip, and the parents come and feed them. It takes a few times for the adult to learn to land on the new opening, but they learn it quick. Ours have been in there 3 days and nights without incident.
We had 5 jump before we did this, because of the heat. Since then, we have had none jump.
