Sparky,
Sorry to hear about your condition. I hope you get better.
I am willing to take all your equipment since I am starting over at my new house. I am local also, so pick up will not be a problem.
Thanks
John

Moved starting over. Wish me luck.
I moved three years ago from Tomball Tx. To Montgomery Tx. I had about 20 breeding pair. I took my T-14 with me left the plastic cheap house there I just put up the T14 this year. I missed the Martins. I am close to a lake and some neighbors on the lake have PMs. Maybe I will get lucky and steal som...

Injuried dove question
I found a young baby dove that must have gotten injuried during a flight. His wing was broken and I can see the bone sticking out.
Is there any where in the Tomball, tx area that will take the bird and help recover the injuried dove wing..
Thanks

600 mm Photos of PMs
These were taken Sunday 6-10-07. Ron Vasser, I had a friend come over with a 600 mm Nikon lens. WOW what a set up. All the EXIF data is still there. I hope you all enjoy.. http://www.tomballsports.com/PM/061007/_DSC1934w.jpg Why do the new babies hang upside down when confronted by the elders? http:...

has anyone tried Mistaway? It is that system that sprays every 15 minutes or so. They place the tubing around your whole yard. I thought about that but I was worried about my martins, also I heard that the price is over $1000 (Ouch). I heard that the CO2 tanks (traps) dont work. I am not sure what t...

I need a (If the wife allows me too get) Canon Zoom Telephoto EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS (Image Stabilizer) USM. The 70-200 2.8 that I have just does not have the reach. What are your settings?...

Your dog wont keep those starlings away. I had two at my house yesterday and when I would open the door they would fly away. I just added a fence in my yard for a dog run. It is a three to four foot wooden picket with a gate, kinda of like the white picket ones you see. I have a gate also. It worked...

Has anyone ever had Martins on their roof?
I have never seen this. It is cold here about 51 and windy. I was pulling into the driveway and looked at my roof. Most of my PM are on the roof. I guess they are keeping warm since the heater to house is on. Here are some pictures. http://www.tomballsports.com/PM/IMG_1314a.jpg http://www.tomballspo...

S&K Ranch nest check question
I do have a question for forum members.... How do you do a nest check with the S&K Ranch top two cavities, the ones on the sides??? I can look in and see nests in there. All day I see the PMs going in and out. The only thing I can think of is to pull the top off, but that might mess up the Ranch...
