I took a picture of one that stopped by our neighborhood (Tomball) He was a block from my house and just sat in a tree across the street.

There is a breading pair also in Bay town.

Picked up a new lens for my camera and had to post the pictures of the PMs here. Now to take some pictures of the birds in flight...

I found a young baby dove that must have gotten injuried during a flight. His wing was broken and I can see the bone sticking out.

Is there any where in the Tomball, tx area that will take the bird and help recover the injuried dove wing..

Your dog wont keep those starlings away. I had two at my house yesterday and when I would open the door they would fly away. I just added a fence in my yard for a dog run. I do have a question for forum members.... How do you do a nest check with the S&K Ranch top two cavities, the ones on the sides??? I can look in and see nests in there. All day I see the PMs going in and out. The only thing I can think of is to pull the top off, but that might mess up the Ranch...

That did help... I guess I need a 1.4x converter since I have a 75 - 300 mm zoom lens. But I have been shooting in TV mode. Will have to try AV. I have been try to keep it at f/5.6 with a fast shutter speed.
