Hey, all! I noticed something odd in one of the compartments so I got the ladder up to check. It’s a fully feathered, ready-to-fly bird. He is severely injured. A mangled leg and broken wing. He can’t get himself out to the porch. I gently took him out and saw all the injuries.
He is not going to fly and he won’t make it. I can’t stand the thought of him starving. Could use advice!
Help!

Legally, with them being protected I would assume the only legal option is to take it to a wildlife rehabber of vet who is licensed to care for wild birds. I have used ether before sparrows and it did the job pretty quick...
