Egg Count 4/5/25

We finally have eggs!! Four eggs in one condo, and 1 egg in 2 other condos. So the first egg was laid on 4/2/25 most likely. This is much later than last year, with the first eggs being laid on 3/21/24 and by 4/2/24, there was a total of 22 eggs. Have others noticed later egg laying this season? Does anyone know why it would be later? I am taking a guess that it was related to the weather. We had a much cooler spring in South FL this year compared to last year. Would that have an impact?
