Martin Colony History: MSS-12 modified to 6 rooms. Installed May 2024

Our first apartment (MSS12 modified to 6) was installed 5/20/24. Dry pine straw placed. Lots of visits with several nests entered. Checked on 6/1 without signs of nesting.
Today 6/14 we saw some finches enter one. We had seen PMs enter this one. Checking, we found a nest with green leaves added. No eggs.
The nest is in a front room. I assume it was a mistake that I put straw in all 12 rooms.
It also looks over stuffed to me with a vertical circle of fresh material.

What should we do? Thanks!

Oh I think you did ok by adding pine needles to all, never know where they will go.
Are you certain that is a martin nest? They are typically flat...green leaves yes, circular is a first for me. Expand please on these finches you described. I asked my neighbor early on in the season once if he's seen any martins on my house, he said just little finches. Turned out to be house sparrows.
A good house sparrow is a dead house sparrow.

Thanks C.C.Martins.
My wife said they look like female house finches; but, we will try to get a better look.
Thanks again!

Doesn't look like a pm nest to me, but I definitely could be wrong. Definitely Doesn't look like a HOSP nest either. Keep watching, you'll find out!
