All Martins changed the way they make nests

Martin Colony History: Established colony in 1990

All of our martins, all at one time, changed the way they make their nests. None of them use mud at the entrances of the gourds any longer. They now use horse hay for their nests. We find it very strange they all did it at the same time. Now we know there must be some kind of communication going on between these birds. Nature is so amazing.

Yes that is very intresting ,you never know with these birds .
