Last year by this time I saw quite a few Adult PMs heading North. Many stopped by for a peek at my housing. This year, only one small group of five adults in January and one small group of adults in February. Nothing since. I'd love to hear from others in Brevard County, FL. Do the numbers seem down this year? Or late?
Thanks

Hey, I live in Viera but with a Rockledge zip-code so I just call my place Viera/Rockledge. This is my first year as a PM land lord so I can't say whether or not things are normal this year. All I can tell you is that this being the first year for me I am offering 16 compartments and 10 of them are full with pairs and 2 others have singles staying in them as of tonight. I wish I could be of more help to you. But all I can say is the PM's are and have been in Brevard Co. FL for well over a month now. Good Luck!!!!!

Hi Punky,
Thanks for the reply. Wow, you got Martins your first year trying? That's great!!!
Viera's just a few miles up the road from me. Pretty place, much more open than the pine tree-choked Palm Bay. Viera used to be low-lying cow pasture. They dug a lot of small lakes to drain the land
Maybe I should give up. I must not be situated in the right spot for Martins. I live in an area bypassed by development for the past 15 years. Too many pine trees about, maybe. The PMs have passed me by three years now. Maybe in years to come, as the development tears down these tall trees, my place will be more attractive to them. We've large canals on 2 sides and the St. John's River estuary 2 miles west of us...
