What is the incubation period for PM's again?
IF I remember correctly, it is suggested to treat the nest with sevin dust a couple of days before they hatch and I want to time it correctly.
My birds here in SE Michigan are bringing in green leaves to the nest and I'm expecting eggs any day now.
Last year we had a lot of mites in the nest and I'm trying to be more pro-active on that front! I believe I lost a few babies at my parents house because of the mites and I don't want that to happen again.

I am a new landlord but have read an awful lot on this site. I may be wrong and if so someone will graciously correct me. The hatching usually begins 15 days after the last egg is laid. This must be close because I just had 5 hatch and from my count 15 days was just about right. I also think I read the preferred solution for the mites is to change out the nesting rather than using Sevin dust. From what I understand they are now concerned about the martins inhaling the dust. Check the forum archives, there is a lot of information there.
