The rain here in Southeast Indiana has been brutal but luckily we have had no real damaging storms. I snapped a couple pictures after work last night. The redwing blackbirds seem to live quite peacefully with my martins.

2014 - 31 breeding pair, 165 fledged
2013 - 36 breeding pair, 178 fledged
2012 - 35 Breeding Pair, 154 hatched, 14 eggs left
2011 - 26 Breeding Pair, 119 eggs, 93 hatchlings so far!
2010 - 21 breeding pair, 93 eggs, 60 hatchlings. 2009 - 4 breeding Pairs, 19 eggs, 18 fledged

2009...lookies, and a SYM hanging around a bunch
2010...an ASY pair! 5 eggs, 5 babies fledged! yehawwwwwwwwww
2011....still only one nesting pair..extreme heat killed the babies
2012..ASY pair...fledged 4 babies!

Beautiful picture! You don't normally see such clarity in a rainbow. (unless you are just an awesome photographer) Thats probably it. :grin:
If it looks that good in a photo, it must have been breath taking in person!

That is an outstanding, awesome picture of a rainbow!! We haven't had rain in so long, I'm not sure I'd recognize a rainbow if it dropped a pot gold in my yard :)
