Hi,
I just received a pair of gourd hanger arms from the PMCA for mounting to a T-14. Question, I notice the BO-11's don't hang perfectly level and they are able to rock back and forth, is this an issue? I think I will use 3/8 ready rod for the next hangers, so one could just tighten up nuts to level out and stop rocking issue? Any suggestions?
Robbo.

Robbo,
In this situation I would buy some 3/8 square bar stock. It's the best option for mounting S&K gourds. It's available at any nut and bolt supply or over the net.

Thanks Scott,
I never thought about square bar, Great idea! I wonder if you can buy it in aluminium? How would you fasten it to the T-14?

Robbo,
The square rod is available in several metals. You can connect it to your T-14 with wood screw or nuts and bolts. Here is a pic were I installed the square rod to my Coates houses.

I used standard carriage bolts, which have square portion betwen the head and the threads, to attach 6 gourds to my T-14. The square portion fit perfectly in the square gourd holes. I attached them to extruded aluminum angle stock which was attached to the bottom of my T-14.
