Starting Over in Alabama

Hey Everyone on the Forum. Haven't posted much in past. Was able to attract up to 5 pair in Panhandle of FL after trying for several years. Moved to Alabama, near Highland Home off of 331 and I haven't seen a Martin yet. Got my S&K house up and gourd rack with the Dawn Song playing. I left one house with gourds up at my old location, only 2 hours away. Anxious to see if pairs have come back in FL, will go down next weekend. I just don't believe I haven't even seen any PMs flying overhead here, and I sure have been looking. I check the Scout Report and there are arrivals in every direction all around me. I'll keep trying, just like in Fl. I have a much better location here, much more open. Sounds like everyone is having a Great Year, I just hope I can attract a pair. Send some Subbies my way, Florida.

Ken, I just a few miles west of you (just southwest of Greenville). I've seen as many as forty here in the evenings. Let me know if I can help. I have a number of extra gourds available if you need more. Good luck.....db

Thanks db, your message has my hopes up. If I can succeed in attracting some, I might take you up on the gourds. My wife works in Greenville and I work at Maxwell.
