There is a possibility I may be relocating to the Dayton/Vandalia/Tipp City area in Ohio and was just wondering if there were any landlords or martin organizations in the area to network with.

Roger, I'm Terry and live in South West Columbus. There are some excellent landlords in West Central Ohio that I'm sure will be glad to offer quality advice. We had a Martin get together last spring and had a chance to meet many fine folks. Congratulations on becomming a Buckeye!

If we move I will definitely try to contact you. Not sure what a Buckeye is, but I've been in Indiana for 12 years and still don't know what a Hoosier is either.
