Just dont bother them too much. Keep the sparrows and starlings away. How many pairs do you have and are they mostly adults?

Congrats Baglady,
You can find many answers to any questions in the Archives...
Most important, protect from predators...Snakes, Sparrows & Starlings...
Do Nest Checks, this helps you figure out if you need to help them in any way like mites, dead babies, capped eggs, runts, ect.
Read, Read and then Read some more.
Congrats Again!!!!

Congrats Again!!!!
I have 6-7 mails and 5-maybe 6 females ,the males have such a big wing span and seem to army up against the starlings or anything else! Is this normal? They just seem to constantly swirl and swirl around the house, I looked in the binoclulars to stay a safe distance and watch and they seem to bring stuff to the house..like nesting material..but the females only seem to leave to eat quick and back to their original little rooms. It's like they already know who lives where!
Those females are inside doing the arranging. They are in charge of the nest!
Congrats on your colony. Like Donna said, read, read and don't stop reading! ou can never know enough and that's what's interesting!
I'm a "nestcamaholic" Is 18 hours a day a bad thing? (I have 2 this year, luckily I have 2 eyes!)

The starlings have left... they did'nt seem to be able to do anything to their satisfaction. I seen a sparrow land on the house but it got chased away too..so ...so far so good! Everything is quieting down now..not much action at all! Maybe it's time for bed? Hope everything goes as well tommorrow..talk to you then THANX, for all the support and my house is one of those aluminum 6 room on each side, hope it's good enough and the PM's like it! They sure seem too! But, we all know tommorrow is another day! THANX AGAIN EVERYONE, Baglady

Baglady, Congratulations. Reading is definitely the way to go ,of you can't find what you are looking for ask questions. You will receive great advice here.
There are exceptions - if Sparky starts suggesting that you install a nestcam don't listen to him.
They can ruin your social life or worst.
