Starling Humor

My wife and I were going out to grab a bite to eat last night when I noticed about 10 or 12 starlings sitting on the ground along the street. I said,See that distinct yellow beak,thats a starling and if you ever see one in the back ,run them off." She said,"I'll call the Fire Department."LOL

I'd call the "Wild Bunch" for a slaughter!, hire the "Magnificent Seven", or Paladin, "Half GUN WILL TRAVEL".

O.K. I didn't get it either. I read it a few times and thought what am I not getting and then I read that Lou didn't get it either. So is this one of those Aggie jokes???
