Cedar Shavings????

Can someone tell this countrybumpkin how much shavings to put in a cavity for prenesting material???

Place the material to just below the Indoor Porches (if you are using them ). The PMs will bring in their own source of nesting material on top of what you give them. Some PMs will also build a mud dam inside the entrace holes,regardless of how much nesting material is offered>>>Good luck ! >>Tom

Just a big handful or two is plenty. As Tom said, they will finish with what they wish.
