Adam, when you convert to the EZ- Lift Pole System, please make sure you CAREFULLY weigh your house and gourds. Inside the pole you want about 6 to 8 pounds MORE than the total weight than you have outside the pole. This allows the house / gourds etc. to rise without touching anything. John: I put hem on the back side just below the neck, where the gourd starts to flare out. About where Adams are in the picture, but on the back. It was very easy to do. I just put one on each gourd to get some cross ventilation.

Now I am waiting on my new delux gourd rack to get here this week, and up goes my fourth pole.
