I've had the PMCA Forum on my computer for some time now. Everytime I'd click on the link to it (To access the forum) the address (URL) would move to the top of my address bar. (History bar??) Anyway, awhile ago, the forum went down for a weekend. Every since then, I still have the forum in my address bar, HOWEVER, when I click on it, it does NOT go to the top of the list anymore. Every time I click on anything else, (Examples), batcon.org, or my PMS NA Roundtable, or anything else I might happen to visit, they all pop up to the top. Why doesn't the PMCA forum do so anymore?? Anyone else having this oddity?? Anyone have any clue as to what to do about it? I've tried typing in the address, but it didn't move. (Because it is already there??) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. CUL Lou

Lou, have you tried deleting the address stored in your computer, then typing in address and saving that link? that might do it...

Hmm...I'm not quite sure what the problem is or if I understand it. First off, I will say that if your History was just cleared nothing will show up in your address bar except the current website that you are on (assuming that you didn't visit any other website since the History was cleared). I think you're saying, though, that you have been visiting other websites and the PMCA forum and they all show up in the address bar (you do mean when you click on the down arrow on the right side, correct?). I guess since I don't usually pay attention to that stuff I'm just maybe confused what you're trying to say. I guess I don't know what your problem is. Are you trying to say that you had a fast way of getting on the forum and now you have to type the URL in the address bar every time? I know what I would do in that case. I would just type in the URL for the forum in your address bar and then drag and drop that icon (the little one in front of the URL) onto your Links bar. Then all you have to do is click on that link in your Links bar whenever you want to get on the forum if it's a place that you frequent a lot. :) I hope I didn't confuse you with my other rambling...I kind of confused myself. I hope you get your problem fixed.

Louise. I don't want to delete the history, since I have other URLs in the address bar.
Cathy. Yes, I mean when I click on the arrow on the right side. The addresses all drop down. I used to click on any one, and it would go to the top. Now every one I click on, goes to the top EXCEPT The PMCA Forum url. Then the next one I click on goes to the top, etc, etc. The PMCA Forum URL is staying down at the bottom, and NOT popping up to the top anymore. CUL Lou

CUL Lou, Why not just place it in favorites and click on it from there? John

John. I've got it in my favorites, but that's another couple of steps to go through. I check into several sites everyday, and the more steps, the longer I have to sit at the puter. Lots of times it gets quite time consuming to read all the posts. CUL Lou

Just thought I'd add this. I just typed in the address again, and it went to the top. I went to another site, then clicked on it again, and it went back to the top. Perhaps I've got it solved. I'll just let the original URL go to the bottom if it wants. CUL Lou

Lou, I'm glad that you figured it out...I wasn't quite sure what to tell you. I have the forum and that other favorite website of mine saved in my links and my favorite sites are just a click away. :)
