Purple Martin | Audubon Field Guide
National Purple Martin Conservation Day is celebrated annually on August 10th. It's a day to recognize the importance of Purple Martins and their dependence on human-provided housing, especially east of the Rocky Mountains. The day encourages people to learn about and support Purple Martin conservation efforts, such as providing and maintaining suitable martin housing.


Happy Day!! I still have the 3 little ones that come in every evening. Cutest things! Good day to all!!!
