Last year our old house was full.This spring I put up the new house (the one with the gourds) and it’s already full too

Martin Colony History: 2023 two gourd racks 24 gourds ,kept no records. Became an official landlord. 2024 28 gourds keeping records.

Yes, I have seen the Martens use the water to drink, and bathe. They do it fairly often.

Thanks Thomas . No I do not have predator guards on them yet. I have metal flashing on the old houses pole But nothing on the new ones. But I’m working on making two real predator guards right now

Oh good! When I first started, I didn't have predator guards and I learned the hard way. I came home from work and found a large rat snake going from 1 compartment to another. The PMs abandoned the house and never came back. 3 years later, I got a new house and moved it to another location in the yard. I have pms now and won't make that mistake again. I used a cylinder with netting on top. Good luck!
