Spotting Scope Repair

Our Leisure World Purple Martin Club has received a donation of a spotting scope which we intend to use for a monthly "observation" of our Purple Martin Colony. It could use a good cleaning and perhaps some repair. Does anyone know a good place to bring the spotting scope for repair. Near Silver Spring, MD,

Depending on the brand, you could get it done for free as routine warranty work. Contact their customer service and explain what you have and what you need. Most scope companies offer lifetime warranty even if you are not the original owner.
