Hey everyone nice see we already have purple dots on the scout arrival map.

For those that do not know me I am James Cox. I live in East TN just north of Knoxville TN in the small town of Heiskell TN. I have been a PM landlord for 7 or 8 years now. I'm up to around 80 cavities offered to the martins almost full capacity for the last 2 or 3 years. Saying that to say this I am on the PMCA mentor list and i would be very willing to mentor new land lords in and around the Knoxville area. SO if we have any want to be land lords out there that need assistance please go to the PMCA mentor list and get my info Email or call either one is fine.
