Condo living capacity

I have a 12 unit Lonestar house, presently with 6 babies in one condo, 5 in 2 others, 4 in another and eggs in about 3 others. As they are growing and also when they return after fledging, do the parents and youngins all live in the same condo they were living in when they were born? That would be 6-8 in each condo.
